Waterjets cut with water, allowing almost any material to be cut. Laser cutting is faster and more economical,
but limited to Metals only.
Our experienced staff is trained in CAD/CAM technology, Rapid Prototyping, and Industrial Design. We can work with nearly any file type. Our waterjets can meet tolerances
as close as +/- .005", with high repeat-ability.
Sizes: 78" by 156", up to 8" thick.
Our lasers meet tolerances as close as +/- .002"; Sizes: 60" x 120"
Also, we handle: Welding (Mig/Tig), Assembly, Inserts, Edge Rounding, Tumble Deburring and Vibratory Polishing.
